- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare the gluten-free spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots, cooking until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
