- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside. - Prepare the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside. - Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). - Make the Sauce
